Absolutely Outstanding Visa Service!

I can’t thank Visa Indonesia enough for their incredible support and professionalism. From the very beginning, their team guided me step by step through the visa process with patience, clarity, and kindness. They handled everything efficiently and were always quick to respond to my questions—no matter how big or small.

What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared. They didn’t just process paperwork; they made me feel supported and safe, especially during stressful moments. Their deep knowledge of Indonesian immigration rules and their excellent communication gave me full confidence from start to finish.

A very special thank you to Rita and Bejo for their kindness and attention throughout the entire process. Their personal support meant so much to me, and I truly appreciate everything they did.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate visa agency, Visa Indonesia is the one. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of visa assistance.

Thank you again for helping me make this journey possible. You are the best! 🙏

My girlfriend and I have used this agency twice for visa related purposes and they’ve been able to help us with all of needs each time. They’re very professional and they make a typically stressful process very simple as well. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic service and absolutely hassle-free! I extended my visa in Bali by one month and received support via WhatsApp throughout the entire process. They explained step-by-step what I needed to say, bring, and submit to the immigration office. Communication was quick, clear, and reliable. As a result, everything worked perfectly on-site, and the extension went smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to extend their visa in Bali without any stress. Thank you so much for your support! 🙏🏼

My Bali visa application process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The website was user-friendly, pricing was transparent, and I always knew what to expect and when my visa would arrive
— it came right on time.

The package also included a SIM card, which worked immediately upon arrival, and immigration was completely hassle-free. I also appreciated the WhatsApp support for quick, personalized communication throughout the process.

Overall, a seamless experience, and I would highly recommend their services! ✨

We applied for the e-VOA and the arrival card, and everything went perfectly. The communication was super friendly and quick. We received our visa and arrival card promptly and on time. Entry was also seamless; we bypassed the long queue and went quickly through all the checks. For our next trip, we will definitely use Bali-Visum.de again. A huge thank you to you and your amazing team! 🙏🏼
